Becky is very motivating, her energy before we go onstage is very indicate of what kind of performer that she is. She is professional, driven and she has a calming presence which echoes throughout the crew. And onstage her energy ripples out through the group raising us all up to perform at our best. 

Her commitment to the role of tour captain was truly unbridled, she always knew what to prioritise and to properly balance work and relaxing.
